In the summer of 2004, after winning the EURO and holding the Olympic Games in Athens, Nikos, naturally optimistic, founded Orientum with Spyros Michaloulis. Earlier, having graduated from the Department of Primary Education of the University of the Aegean in Rhodes and after completing his postgraduate course "Counseling and Career Guidance" at National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, he undertook the organization of career counseling services of Arsakeion schools in Athens. At Orientum, he started writing with his research team in 2006, the first book «PAME..PANEPISTIMIO", and since then it has been published every year. He is a keynote speaker at Orientum events for students and parents on topics related to career guidance, education, choice of studies and the labor market. His main concern is to coordinate the team of career counselors and the creation of psychometric tools. A restless spirit, he does not stop thinking and planning new projects and looking for cooperation with companies or other organizations, in matters related to skills in the labor market, studies and career training of human resources. He enjoys leading the Orientum team daily and in his spare time reading books and playing with his daughters.
The… glorious summer of Greece, that is, that of 2004, found Spyros in a transitional and extremely creative phase of his professional career. The decision to co-found Orientum with Nikos Pavlakos was a result of the career change he lived through. He wanted to find a way to share his experience and help young people find the right profession. With a background in sales and a master's degree in "Counseling and Career Guidance" it was expected that he would undertake to develop Orientum extroversion. He leads the Sales and Marketing team and develops the company's partnerships with training providers and companies. He enjoys traveling all over Greece, passionately presenting the services of Orientum and to sharing his experience with students and parents. His daily life, when he is at the office, is full of discussions and search for new ways of development while he dedicates his free time to reading and to his favorite basketball.

She is a certified consultant and presenter of career counseling seminars for programs through LAEK.

She had worked since 2004 at the Career Office of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens as a Career Counseling Officer. She has conducted vocational guicareer counseling seminars, has written consulting guides and has organized Career Days within the Liaison Office of the University of Athens. She has been working since 2019 at the Liaison Office of the National Technical University of Athens as a Career Consultant. She has been working with Orientum since 2014 as a career counselor and has been trained through a series of Orientum seminars and individual supervisions on the use and interpretation of Horizon and Profiler psychometric tools as well as in counseling and career guidance.

She had been working From January 2004 to April 2015,as a Career Counselor at the Career Office of the University of Athens (EKPA) where she provided career counseling and guidance services to high school graduates, students and pupils. She has participated in conferences, published her work and organized seminars and events related to personal development and career planning from adolescence to adulthood, postgraduate studies and career management. She has also certified her knowledge in the area of learning difficulties and dyslexia.
